
Pamper Party Setup & Space Requirements
Q. How much space do you need to set up a Pamper Party at my home?
A. We don’t need much space! A minimum area of 3m x 3m is usually enough. The closer the girls are seated, the more fun and interactive the party feels. We bring all necessary chairs and set up everything efficiently.
Q. My home is carpeted. What if water spills on the carpet?
A. Our team brings extra towels to soak up any water spillage. We only use lightly soaked warm water for pampering, so it’s unlikely to cause any damage to your carpet.
Guest Numbers & Flexibility
Q. What if I have more than the regular number of 8 or 12 kids?
A. We can accommodate over 30 children at a single event. We have plenty of props including chairs, towels, robes, and clipboards for larger groups.
Q. Can I customise the package to suit my budget or theme?
A. Yes! We offer flexible options and can tailor activities or party lengths to meet your preferences and budget.
Sensitive Skin & Special Needs
Q. What if my daughter or her friends have highly sensitive skin?
A. All our products are hypoallergenic. Our homemade chocolate face mask includes coconut yoghurt, powdered oats, and organic cocoa powder – gentle and nourishing for young skin.
Q. What are the ingredients in your chocolate face mask?
A. Coconut yoghurt, powdered oats, and organic cocoa powder.
Q. What is the quality of makeup and nail polish used?
A. We use child-friendly, water-based, non-toxic products. If your child has very sensitive skin, you’re welcome to provide her own makeup, or we can discuss special accommodations.
Q. My child is high-functioning and can be unstable at times. Will she enjoy the party?
A. Our team is experienced in working with children with diverse needs. We also run emotional resilience programs and are well-attuned to creating a calm and inclusive experience for all children.
Limo Party Experience
Q. What happens during the party in the Hummer Limo?
A. Two of our trained staff members join the kids in the limo to host the party. Depending on space and limo capacity, 1–2 parents may also join.
During the ride, we create a fun and energetic party atmosphere with:
• Karaoke singalongs using wireless mics
• Dance challenges with prizes for all kids.
• Age-appropriate playlists packed with favourite hits
• Group games and loads of laughter
We also make a short stop at a nearby park for fresh air and photo opportunities before returning to your home at the end of the hour.
Q. What if I want more than one hour in the limo?
A. Absolutely! We can extend the limo party to 2 or even 3 hours, depending on your preference. Additional costs apply. Just speak with us, and we’ll tailor the experience to suit your needs.
Q. Can parents ride in the limo with the kids?
A. Yes! One to two parents are welcome to join the ride alongside the party host and kids. Our staff will also be present in the limo.
Q. What is the maximum number of people allowed in the limo?
A. Depending on the limo’s size and colour, we can accommodate between 14 to 18 passengers in total.
Q. What colours of HUMMER limos do you have available?
A. We offer pink, champagne, white, and black Hummer limos.
Booking, Travel & Payment
Q. Is travel included in the package pricing?
A. Travel is not included in the standard package. Travel charges range from $80 to $150 depending on your location. Please call us on 0432 477 021 to confirm.
Q. Do you service outer Melbourne areas?
A. Yes! We’re a mobile service and bring the party to you. Call us to confirm if your suburb is covered. Travel fees may apply for some locations.
Q. If I cancel my booking, can I get my deposit back?
A. If you change the party date or time, there’s no charge. However, if you cancel due to change of mind, the deposit is non-refundable.
Q. How much is the deposit to secure the booking?
A. A $100 deposit secures your booking for a pamper, disco, princess party and a $500 deposit secures your booking for a Hummer Limo party and locks in the party date & time and limo.
Q. When is the remaining balance due?
A. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the party date.

Q. What age group is this party suited for?
A. Our parties are best suited for ages 5 to 13, but we can adapt and customise the experience for older or younger kids too.
Q. Do you provide food or birthday cake?
A. We focus on activities and pampering. Food and cake are not included, but we are affiliated with cake decorators. Have a look at the Party Add-on section on our website for more information on providers of additional services.
Q. Do you take photos and video clips during the party?
A. Absolutely! If you have booked a Platinum or Ultimate theme party, our staff take photos and videos throughout your event capturing all the special moments and we share the edited compiled video with you in the week following your party.
You can also add a video package to your basic or gold package Party for an additional cost. Feel free to discuss further with us.
Q. Do you take photos and video clips during the party?
A. Absolutely! If you’ve booked a Platinum or Ultimate themed party, our staff will take photos and video clips throughout the event to capture all the magical moments. You’ll receive an edited highlight video within a week after the party.
If you’ve booked a Basic or Gold package, you can still add a video package for an additional cost—just ask us when booking!
Q. Can you provide the birthday cake?
A. Yes! We work with professional cake decorators who can create beautiful themed cakes to match your party.
